A classic version of Tiramisù with mascarpone cream, eggs, granulated sugar, and coffee. The ladyfingers are soaked in coffee and layered with the mascarpone mix to create this delightful dessert.
Prepare coffee and season it with sugar/milk/cream if desired, then set aside.
 Separate egg whites from yolks.
In the egg whites bowl, add 1 tablespoon of sugar and a pinch of salt, and mix at high speed until fluffy and uniform (stiff peaks).
Add the remaining sugar to the yolks and mix until creamy and pale.
In the same yolk bowl, add mascarpone cheese and mix until uniform.
Carefully fold the fluffy egg whites into the yolk mixture with a spatula until uniform.
Add a layer of mascarpone cream to the bottom of your serving dish.
Soak lady fingers in the coffee very briefly and then layer them over the mascarpone.
Allow the tiramisù to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving.
If desired, sprinkle cocoa powder on top before serving.
